The LIFE+ Call for proposals will close on Monday 18th July 2011
Proposals should be submitted on the closing date to the National Contact Point at the following address between 8:30 - 14:30:

MEUSAC has teamed up with the LIFE+ National Contact Point to address the protection and the preservation of the environment specifically focusing on how NGOs and Local Councils committed to the environmental sector may gain further insight into possible interventions that may contribute to their goals. This session will be held on Thrusday 10th March, while registration closes on Monday, 7th March, 2011. For further information please click here.

About LIFE+
The LIFE+ Programme is the European Union's financial instrument supporting environmental policy for the period 2007 to 2013 and succeeds other LIFE environment programmes. Although other programmes exist that partly relate to the environment, LIFE is the only EU funding programme that is entirely devoted to improving the environmental wellbeing of the Community. LIFE+ is governed by Regulation 614/2007 of 23 May 2007.
The current LIFE+ programme contains three main strands, namely:
- LIFE+ Nature & Biodiversity
- LIFE+ Environmental Policy and Governance
- LIFE+ Information & Communication
